China (International) Hat Culture Festival is one of the three major hat culture events in the world and a large-scale business event guided by China General Chamber of Commerce, sponsored by China Commercial Occupational Skill Testing and Instruction Center of China General Chamber of Commerce, and established by Guangzhou Sheyi Culture Development Co., Ltd. six years ago.The purpose of this activity is to gather fashion resources to better promote the development of the hat industry, connect the hat industry with the clothing industry, carry forward Chinese hat culture, and provide better goods and services for the hat industry and consumers. The activity will attract operators, designers, fashionistas and hat culture lovers in the hat industry and clothing industry from home and abroad to participate, so as to jointly create a platform to communicate with the world through hats and show China to the world through culture.


As a special expo that professionally serves the commercial demand and order demand in the industry, the Shanghai International Hats, Scarves, Gloves Expo and Fashion Accessories Expo is co-sponsored by China Commerce Association for General Merchandise, its hat committee, and Shanghai Gehua Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. Once it was launched, the expo has been well received by the industry and filled up the expo gap in the field. The expo has been successfully held for three consecutive sessions and has attracted more than 200 related enterprises and nearly 10,000 professional visitors every year, including exhibitors and buyers from the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, Korea, Ecuador, Pakistan and other countries. It has been an international display, exchange and trading platform.

The two platforms became connected in 2018. Through the first cooperation, they worked out a joint publicity mode integrating “trade show + industry forum + trend show + product selection + skill training” and have held relevant activities for the industry in Shanghai and Guangzhou respectively in spring and autumn. The purpose is to combine the common resources of both platforms, to work together and serve hat brand owners and manufacturers in need of promotion, by taking creativity as the breakthrough point and commercial publicity as the foundation.
